Today we visited Legacy Middle School. Our purpose was to observe some of the classes and to walk through the halls of the school, to meet the teachers and administrative staff. During the morning we stayed in Ms. Trejo class. She teaches Spanish to teenagers. The class was interesting. We got close to the students and helped them with the work. They had to write a conversation in Spanish using some vocabulary related to food. It was a good experience. By May we are going to be assigned to go to several schools to teach kids. I am really looking forward to it.
